Technical Specs & Compatibility

Lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄ / LFP) is one of the safest, most stable lithium chemistries available. It delivers far more usable capacity than lead-acid, lasts many times longer, charges faster and weighs a fraction as much — with excellent thermal stability for peace of mind.

 

In most cases, yes. Our packs are designed as drop-in upgrades for golf carts, marine, industrial and off-grid systems. Tell us your current setup and how you use it, and we will recommend the right voltage and capacity — and confirm fit before anything is built.

 

We build 12V, 24V, 36V, 48V, 64V and 72V packs from 50Ah up to 600Ah and beyond. Need something outside that range? We build fully custom too — just tell us what you are after.

 

Yes. Most of our packs are designed to drop into the same tray or compartment as your existing lead-acid batteries, using your original cables and connections. We confirm dimensions and terminals before we build.

 

A lithium-compatible charger is recommended for best life and performance. Many modern chargers already support LiFePO₄ — if yours does not, we will point you to the right one for your voltage.

 

Our packs are rated for −20°C to 60°C operation with smart BMS thermal protection. For extreme cold or heat, we can discuss heating pads or insulation options for your application.

Shipping & Industrial Logistics

Because every pack is built to order, standard builds typically ship in 1–2 weeks. Custom or large-scale builds may take a bit longer — we will give you a clear timeline with your quote.

 

Yes. We ship custom lithium batteries across the United States. Batteries are packed and labeled to meet transport requirements for lithium energy storage.

Every battery is secured in a custom-fit crate or heavy-duty carton with impact protection and clear hazard labeling, so it arrives ready to install and use.

 

Absolutely. We build for fleets, dealers and industrial accounts — from a few matching packs to ongoing production runs. Reach out and we will set up a build and delivery schedule that fits your operation.

 

Yes. You are welcome to pick up your battery at our Flora, MS facility — just let us know when you place your order so we have it ready and tested.

 

We focus on US builds, but we can discuss export options for select international projects. Contact us with your location and application and we will advise.

Warranty & Lifecycle

Our batteries are backed by an 8-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Because we use premium cells, a smart BMS and clean, professional assembly, our packs are built to outlast and outperform — reach out and we will walk you through the details for your build.

 

Properly built LiFePO₄ packs routinely deliver 8–10+ years of service and thousands of cycles — far longer than lead-acid. Real-world life depends on your usage, depth of discharge and charging habits.

 

Our packs are rated for 4000+ cycles at 80% depth of discharge. In typical use that means many years of daily cycling before reaching end of rated capacity.

 

The warranty does not cover damage from misuse — overcharging, physical impact, submersion beyond rating, unauthorized modification, or use outside rated temperature and current limits. We are happy to explain the details for your application.

 

All lithium cells lose a small amount of capacity with age and cycling. Our premium cells and smart BMS keep that loss minimal, so you keep strong, usable capacity for years.

 

Yes. LiFePO₄ cells are recyclable and far cleaner at end of life than lead-acid. We can point you to responsible recycling options when a pack eventually reaches retirement.

That is one of our specialties. Tell us the dimensions, the compartment, and the power you need, and we will engineer a pack that fits — even if no off-the-shelf battery does.

 

Yes. We build to match your inverter, charger and BMS communication needs. Share your system details and we will design a pack that works with what you already have.

 

We do. Whether you are developing a product, testing a concept, or need a single specialty pack, we can build a one-off prototype and then scale up if you need more.

 

Tell us the application, the voltage, the capacity (or runtime), the available space, and any environmental needs (waterproof, vibration, temperature). From there we design the pack and send you a quote.
